She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Law and Political Sciences Faculty, University of Panama. She also has a Diploma in Alternative Conflict Resolution Methods from the University of Panama and a Diploma in the Accusatory Penal System of the Universidad Interamericana of Panama.
With over six (6) years of experience in the Judicial Body, she worked at the Public Defender’s Office of San Miguelito since 2007, as a lawyer’s assistant, where she worked in the Criminal, Juvenile Criminal, and Family areas. Later in 2011, she started working at the First Sectional Family Court of San Miguelito, occupying the position of Senior Official, where she was appointed in several occasions as Judicial Secretary in Charge.
Currently she is the Coordinator of Legal Assistants at the Firm Mejia & Associates. She is an attorney/representative of some processes handled by the Firm. She is in charge of the auditing regarding the daily follow up of criminal, civil, and administrative processes.
